Action Learning Workshops & Simulations

POSITIVE NEGOTIATION PROGRAMMEOur action learning workshops and simulations are focussed on developing Organisational Transformational Leadership. The series of programmes, some of which are presented in 40 countries, are aligned with The National Certificate: Generic Management: Qualification ID 59201 (NQF 5). Learning can be completed as a collective series, or select action learning short-courses by individuals or as a in-company offering.

We tailor-make learning for in-company needs. Our learning interventions include a pre-assessment, face-to-face, and post learning support component to ensure that skills are transferred to the workplace setting.
